The Le Piccole Querce complex is made up of two elegant and tall buildings, in the same urban context as Le Querce, built between 1988 and 1990 in Olbia. The development project, in which the architect Mario Strub collaborated, required in-depth research, in such a way that it was possible to create a product with a truly innovative housing solution in a very limited space. The complex consists of 140 mini-apartments, each occupying about 31 square metres, all of which feature kitchenette and bathroom with window, sleeping area and living room with dining area. They are fully furnished and equipped and were sold in a very short time, both to investors, for income through leasing, and to both young couples with immediate needs, and to parents eager to provide their children with small but nice homes. Le Piccole Querce are the excellent result of a thorough marketing activity, aimed at identifying the needs of the customer segment and the real estate product able to meet such needs.
